No. Scholedu is designed with a simple and intuitive interface. Most teachers can record student attendance and input grades within 15 minutes of logging in for the first time. Our team still provides training sessions and onboarding support for school operators when needed.
Initial configuration generally takes 1 to 3 working days, depending on the volume of data being migrated. Our team assists with importing student, teacher, and class data from Excel or your previous system, including NISN and NPSN mapping, until the school is fully operational.
Yes. Scholedu supports Dapodik integration so core school data can be synchronized and reporting to Kemendikdasmen becomes far simpler. For madrasah that report through the Ministry of Religious Affairs EMIS system, please contact our team so we can review your reporting requirements first.
Yes. Scholedu provides an online new-student admissions module, now called SPMB (Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru), which replaced the PPDB term in 2025. It supports the domicile, affirmative action, achievement, and transfer pathways, with online registration, document verification, and published selection results.
Yes. Scholedu supports Kurikulum Merdeka assessment, including Pancasila Student Profile strengthening projects and e-Rapor digital report cards. Assessment components can be adapted to the Pembelajaran Mendalam (deep learning) approach introduced by Kemendikdasmen and to the latest report card format changes.
Yes. Scholedu provides school finance management for tuition billing, payment records, and outstanding-balance summaries per student or per class. Schools can connect their own preferred payment gateway so parents pay tuition online, and every transaction is recorded automatically for financial reporting.
Yes. Scholedu provides a parent and student portal through a mobile app, so guardians can track attendance, grades, tuition invoices, and school announcements. Guardian WhatsApp numbers and email addresses can also be used by the school for official communication.
Scholedu attendance uses QR Code scanning and location-radius geofencing, so student and teacher attendance is recorded accurately without manual registers. Daily, per-subject, and per-semester attendance summaries are generated automatically for homeroom teachers and principals.
Yes. The Scholedu e-learning and LMS module lets teachers upload learning materials, assign work, run online quizzes and exams, and monitor student progress. Scores from those online activities can flow directly into assessment summaries and e-Rapor report cards.
Scholedu operates in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256, access is restricted through role-based access control (RBAC) and MFA, and each school's database is logically separated.
No. Scholedu is cloud-based and accessed through a browser, so your school does not need to buy or maintain servers. All the school needs is an internet connection, while infrastructure, system updates, and data backups are managed entirely by us.
Yes. Scholedu is optimized for mobile devices and is available as an app for parents and students. Principals, teachers, and administrative staff can check attendance, grades, and school financial reports from a smartphone at any time without opening a computer.
